Revision: V23.1, August 2023
1. What is a Bulk Operation and What is it Used For?
A Bulk Operation is used to implement multiple changes at once for more than one SD (Service Device). The principle is to download a CSV file as a template, complete it with the required data, and then upload it back to the My Webbing portal to apply the changes to multiple SDs simultaneously.
1.1 What Can Be Done With a Bulk Operation?
- Create or Close an Internal Order (IO)
- Manage Devices (e.g., product changes, status updates, assigning branches)
- Set or Remove Usage Controls
1.2 How to Create a Bulk Operation
Follow these steps from the dashboard:
- Navigate to Services > Bulk Operation.
- Click on Manage (located on the right side of your screen) and then click on Add Bulk Operation.
- Select the action you wish to apply.
- Download the relevant CSV template and complete it according to your needs.
- Upload the completed file back into the My Webbing portal.
- Click on Continue to initiate the bulk operation.
Once the operation is executed, return to the Bulk Operation page to check the status. If there are any errors, the number of SDs that failed will be displayed in red. Clicking on the Bulk ID will show the detailed error messages and reasons for failure.
2. Types of Operations That Can Be Done with Bulk Operation

Include one (or both) of the following in the CSV template (mandatory):

- Target Date (for future changes, formatted as
dd/mm/yyyy) - Service Plan (Service Plan ID/Number)
