CyberReef – APN Sharing Process

  • OPUS/Premier/TLG
  • POD 1, POD11 & POD19
    • CyberReef provides APN & PDP names to customers.
    • The customer Submits a Case within their AT&T Control Center Portal and attaches the completed IoT Service Request form (See attachment below).

AT&T Control Center Support Case

  1. Login into portal
  2. Click "Help" on the right side of the screen
  3. Scroll to the bottom and open “Contact Support”
  4. Click "Submit Case"
  5. Fill out the details (see below)
  6. Click "Continue"
  7. Browse to Attach File
  8. Submit Case
