Streamlining Global Data Connectivity

Introduction

This guide is designed to help you navigate Webbing’s Help Center powered by the Zendesk Support platform efficiently and to maximize your customer support experience. With the Help Center, you can:

  • Submit and track support tickets
  • Access a comprehensive knowledge base
  • Communicate seamlessly with our support team
  • Find quick solutions to common issues

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth and effective support experience. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is always available.

NOTE: As part of the migration process, your open tickets will be moved from MyWebbing to Zendesk. Additionally, please use support@iamwebbing.com to contact Customer Support, as this will automatically create a case in the new Help Center.

  1. Log in to MyWebbing using this link.
  2. Click the Support menu option on the left-hand side.
