Before you begin:
Always use the “seasonal suspend” option when suspending a sim. Never choose the “lost or stolen” option.
AT&T:
- Select the options shown in the boxes below and paste the ICCID in the “Search for” box.
iNET:
- To suspend iNET SIMs, email jobcoordination@inetlte.com, navin.mohan@inetlte.com, and provisioningTeam@inetlte.com. the following message:
“Hello,
Please (suspend or resume) the following sim.
(ICCID)
(Signature)”
