Before you begin:
- Make sure to deactivate the service in both carrier portal and the CRM.
- If you ever have to email a carrier, use your Stallion Infrastructure Services email address.
AT&T:
- For unlimited SIM deactivations, email sandra.spangler@saturnwireless.com and cf314k@att.com and cc wirelesssupport@stallionis.com with the following message:
“Hello Sandra,
Please deactivate the following SIM(s).
(ICCID)
(Signature)”
iNET:
- For iNET SIM deactivations, email jobcoordination@inetlte.com, navin.mohan@inetlte.com, and provisioningTeam@inetlte.com. the following message:
“Hello,
Please deactivate the following SIM(s).
(ICCID)
(Signature)”
