- Download a SIM upload template from the “Templates” folder in the OneDrive.
- Go to the account that you want to add the lines to in the CRM, use the following guide to determine what units go in which account.
- S1404 = MSU (Eyesite)
- S1403 = MST, SS, PM (Stallion Rents)
- S1401 = LTE, all other units (StaRComm)
- Paste the Service Name (ICCID), Service Number (MDN), Owner (Asset Name) information in the respective columns of the SIM upload template
- Click on “Bulk Services” in the CRM and then the dropdown arrow to the left of “Service Number” and then “Import Services”

- Select the correct switch (VRZN for unlimited, Verizon for IOT) and service type (data for unlimited, per GB for IOT).
- Make sure the Field name matches the column index from the upload sheet (counting starts at 0), for example if service name is in column B on the upload sheet then the column index for service name should be 1.

- Upload the excel sheet with the lines to be uploaded and hit next.
- Verify everything looks correct and then hit next.
- Select the correct package, date does not matter since we don’t charge for sims, and hit import.

- If there is a recycled MSISDN then an error will be presented once you click "Import Services". Highlight the problem SIM with red in the SIM Provision Template, remove that SIM from upload template, and repeat upload process until you sucessfully upload services.
