Verizon Activation Guide

Navigate to Device Management à SIM Management

1. Select "Verizon IoT (SIMETRY)" as the carrier account.
2. Select the "Perform Action" icon to fill in the required fields of the activation form. *Please note that you will have the option to import a Microsoft Excel file to fill in the blank form. You also have the ability to receive either an SMS or email notification once the action has been completed. 
3. This form will require you to fill in the following fields. 
   • Column A: ICCID
   • Column B: Select "SKU".
   • Column C: "VZW080000460061" for standard activations or "VZW120003650017" for CAT-M1/NB-IoT Activations.
   • Column D: The service plan code that you wish to activate with.
   • Column E: Use one of these two zip codes: 77354 or 77024. 
4. Enter a plan code:
   • NEWTIEREDTXTSTATIC *Add a public static IP address. 
   • NEWTIEREDSTATICNOTX *Block SMS and add a public static IP address.
   • NEWTIEREDDATATXT *Default plan code. 
   • NEWTIEREDDATANOTXT *Block SMS. 
5. Please leave all other fields blank on the activation sheet.
6. Once the form has been submitted, you will be presented with a unique transaction ID. You can track the status of your request by navigating to  Device Management à Action Status.
